Major editorial guidelines change
Up to now, this site was intended to be French-speaking only : organization and methods are strongly dependent to culture. As the core-team was exclusively French, we thought it would be quite difficult to have an audience in foreign countries.
But, the international interested audience encountered at the Libre Software Meeting 2002 especialy on our topic, made us change our mind. the more people understand our discourse, the wider our idea will spread and be discussed.
We’ll certainly try to maintain French versions of the documents published on this website, because we are attached to this tongue.
